Story Revised

Act 1

- The story starts out with a shot of Ivan's home in the middle of a swamp surrounded by a moat. It is decorated with animal pelts and stuffed animal mounts to scare off animals from going near his home.

- Ivan is seen guarding his house with his rifle with his pet alligator Margie. He looks around attentively for wandering animals that might invade his territory.

 - A seeming quiet and cute deer comes out of the swamp forest to munch on some vegetation near the moat.

-Ivan immediately shoots the deer when he sees her and she runs away. All seems fine for Ivan until he sees the deer on the other side of the moat. This time, she seems more cocky, as if she was challenging him. Ivan shoots at her again and she dashes away once more.

- Ivan goes around different areas around his house and points his gun at the surroundings to make sure the deer isn't hiding anywhere else. When he comes back around to the front porch, he sees the deer rocking on his rocking chair.

Act 2

- Getting annoyed, Ivan shoots the deer once more and she immediately jumps away. They then start chasing each other around the house. Margie follows Ivan.

- The deer goes into Ivan’s house once shes made a good distance away from Ivan. Ivan still keeps running around the house in circles like he thinks the deer still running away.

- The deer then grabs Ivan's gun from the window and hurries out the door. She jumps into a boat that is docked on the moat.

- Ivan gets furious and orders Margie to chase after her.

- However, the deer outsmarts the gator by leading her as close to the shore as possible, and when Margie starts chomping the boat away, the deer jumps on her head and hops off onto the ground

Act 3

- Extremely angered, Ivan grabs a bazooka from his home and runs to edge of the lawn to get a better shot at the deer but he trips from the massive size of the bazooka and softness of the ground into the swamp water.

- Both him and the bazooka fall in and since Ivan can't swim, he struggles to keep himself above water.

- The deer sees him drowning and reluctantly comes to his rescue. As she pulls him out of the water and brings him back to his front lawn, the deer looks down at Ivan with Ivan's gun at his hand.

- Ivan tries to play nice to get his gun back by tipping his hat to her to show respect.

- The deer smiles by his gesture and shakes his hand, but then tosses his gun into the water. The deer then quickly boats away from the angry old hermit who is throwing a fit back on his front lawn
